The STERILIZATION continues. Soon no one will remember what 9/11 means or what happened there. Soon, we won’t remember our Revolutionary War and the reasons it was fought – and the reasons it succeeded. Soon, history will be rewritten and the once noble Founding Fathers will be known only as misguided fools who once espoused the bizarre notions of personal freedom preserved by minimally invasive small gov’t. Too PC for me. Our Founding Fathers, as rough around the edges as they may have been, were not misguided. There’s was a vision, an experiment in a new form of government which has outlasted so many others. We have had one Constitution w/ a small number of amendments to it.
Now, we’re ‘afraid’ of offending this group, that group, the other and did I mention them? Yes, we should all respect others, but if people’s skin is so thin that they take offense where none is intended…
If that last phrase “where none is intended” gives you pause, think about it, would you INTENTIONALLY offend another person or group? If you wouldn’t, chances are that a reasonable other person wouldn’t either. Buck up, America~
