Now here’s a shocker: US Postal Service Wants Out Obama Care
by Jim Campbell @ dancingczars.wordpress.com
Clearly that can’t happen. The Supreme Court’s decision to be announced by mid June will determine the constitutionality of this sham.
Regardless, if government employees are exempt for Obama’s health care denial scheme, all democrat members of congress, and those working for the government and its union members who tend to vote democrat must be treated too and by its wonders…. READ MORE

“What is of supreme importance in war is to attack the enemy’s strategy.” — Sun Tzu
Which means you have to know what the enemy’s strategy is. So just what do Obama and the Democrats want out of the SCOTUS review of Obamacare (ACA)?
There are three basic questions that the Supreme Court is trying to decide.
1. Should they decide now, or wait? (That was argued on Monday.)
2. If they decide now, then is the individual mandate unconstitutional? (Today.)
3. If the mandate is unconstitutional, then is it severable from the rest of the law? In other words, if SCOTUS strikes down the individual mandate, does that invalidate the rest of the law? (Tomorrow.)
For Obama, the ideal outcome is 1. Now. 2. Unconstitutional. 3. It’s severable.
In other words, the mandate goes away but the rest of the law remains in force. That makes private health insurance economically unviable, and the insurance companies will all exit the business or they will go out of business. At which point the Democrats will try to implement “single payer”, a total nationalization of the entire health care industry, financed by a huge rise in taxes.
Single Payer is what they always wanted. The bill wasn’t originally written that way, though, because they knew that even with twin Democratic majorities, there was no chance of passing it. So they included the mandate instead.
If the mandate is struck down, then Congress will have to act. There won’t be any way to repeal the rest of the law because Obama will veto, and the Senate will sustain the veto. The only thing he will agree to is implementation of single payer….. READ MORE

Another state (13th) opt-outs of abortion in Obamacare
BY DANIEL MCCONCHIE @ lifesitenews.com

“This week the federal government moved ahead with regulations that will require everyone in the soon-to-be-established state exchanges who are in an insurance plan that includes elective abortion coverage to pay a separate monthly premium from their own pockets to fund abortion. However, at the same time, South Dakota became the thirteenth state to stand up and say no.” …… MORE HERE
What’s so different about Romneycare?

Regarding the health care law and the recent arguments in the Supreme Court:
Can anyone tell me the difference between the health care legislation signed into law by Mitt Romney, when he was governor of Massachusetts in 2006, and the health care legislation signed into law by President Barack Obama in 2010? They both have a lot of similarities and both are funded by taxpayers. Romney is opposed to Obamacare and wants to change it. To what? … FOUND HERE
If there is going to be an “ELECTABLE” opposition candidate to Obama, he will have to be able to demonstrate a clear difference on every issue. We have suffered under Obama’s lack of leadership, his softness on crime, his softness on radical Islam, his softness on the US CONSTITUTION! We have suffered and we continue to suffer. We have allowed him to hoodwink us into buying his lies – like the Rich need to pay their fair share! THEY ALREADY PAY MORE THAN THEIR FAIR SHARE. What about the 47 – 51% OF Americans who pay NO Taxes? Then there is the abhorrent disrespect of our military, his arrogance in circumventing CONGRESS – making policies in direct opposition to the will of the people (Fast & Furious, Obamacare, antisemitism).
We MUST hold him accountable, but … is Romney the man to do this? Is he really the best man for this enormous task? In my opinion, Romney is too much like Obama, or perhaps better said, he is not different enough! The Administration is hoping for Romney. The GOP is hoping for Romney, just like they pushed Bob Dole, and John McCain …same argument, too – more electable! Well, it was hogwash then and it is hogwash now! If Romney is so electable, why have his numbers stayed the same in the more than 12 months of campaigning? With all the speeches, debates, and media attention, still Romney’s numbers haven’t really moved. Meanwhile, there is a large segment of the population choosing one of the other three candidates.
Many of the pundits have called for Santorum and Gingrich to drop out and rally behind Romney. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!! Let it play out! Romney is NOT the candidate of choice! I can just about guarantee it! Nor is he our best hope to reclaim the White House! STOP listening to the so-called GOP pundits! STOP listening to the media – even FOX! Check out the websites of the candidates. Read their stands on the issues and their plans & ideas. Think it all through & MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION!!!!! This is America’s strength – individual freedom of choice!
