In simple terms, this election is about just this:
- Will Americans choose to grow ever more dependent on the Government, allowing it to control every facet of our daily lives, OR
- will Americans throw off the shackles of dependency, tighten our belts and get busy to take back our nation and our way of life?
U.S. Unemployment Up in February
Underemployment is 19.1%, up from 18.7% in January
President Obama has accomplished a great deal. He is correct in his assessment. At GW Bush’s lowest approval point in July 2008, unemployment was around 5.8. It is now locked in (using the Obamized measurements) at 8.3.
I have 1 die-hard friend who still believes Obama “should be allowed the chance to finish what he’s started.” My only response is to shake my head. In what other circumstance, what other job, school, adventure … is it acceptable to allow a failing participant (let alone leader) to continue? If he was a QB for a football team, he’d be benched. If he was a Principal of a school, he’d be FIRED! If he was a CEO, he’d be fired and probably sent to jail! Certainly, some of GW’s policies – and the wars were soaking up our resources before Obama assumed office, but Obama knew that! He had a plan – a Keynesian Plan which he has successfully implemented and it has FAILED!!!!! TIME to use our “collective” We-the-People power and clean the House, the Senate, and the White House!!!!

Why Obama still has a chance—the electorate is incompetent:

As a result, no amount of information or facts about political candidates can override the inherent inability of many voters to accurately evaluate them.
